Locket's Book & Craft Club is back for 2026!!
What books and crafts will we encounter this year?!!
Every two months or so there will be a new book recommendation and the opportunity to pre-order the special craft box that I have put together to go with the book and come to a special Knit Group/Book Club meeting either in person at Lucy Locket Land or virtually via Zoom.
Please note, you will need to have signed up for the Craft Box to come to the Book Group meetings
The Craft Boxes will vary and you will be given an indication of what type of project it will contain. You can also choose to sign up for each one or just whichever takes your fancy - there's no tie-in.
My second book for 2026 is Hamnet by Maggie O’Farrell
The project this time will be crochet using Organic Trio DK - a blend of wool, cotton and silk and a 4.50mm hook which will be included, and a fabulous pattern from an international designer with over 24k followers on instagram
There will be another treat included in the kit but that will be a surprise - no spoilers!
I really loved Hamnet even though I’d put off reading it because I thought it would be too “clever and hard work” - but I just couldn’t stop reading it! It is sad, but it is beautiful too
