Dapper Dan the Dandy Lion knitting kit

This rather handsome lion is made using beautiful yarn from UKAlpaca including a luxurious blend of 80% Baby Alpaca and 
20% Tussah Silk which is what I used for his mane - so he was always going to be a very special character.

Then once I started adding his mane I realised he was a very Dandy Lion indeed - you know I love a pun!

I knitted a plain orange jumper, brown shorts and added a red waistcoat

This kit contains 

1 x 50g ball of UKAlpaca super soft and luxurious DK (75% Superfine Alpaca 25% Wool 50g 112m)

25g of UKAlpaca luxury 4ply (80% Baby Alpaca 20% Tussah Silk)

1 x 10g skein of cream DK (75% merino 25% nylon) 

3 x 10g mini skeins of hand dyed 4ply (75% Blue Faced Leicester 25% nylon) [exact shades of hand dyed yarn will vary]
