Locket's Year of Little Cotton Rabbits - Brooke the Teenage Badger

 Welcome to Locket's Year of Little Cotton Rabbits 

For June we have a fun and energetic pair of teenage badgers - Brooke on her first visit to Glastonbury and Billy the budding Brock-Star who is hoping to play a few "setts" on The Common (the Pyramid Stage is in his future, he's sure!)

Our teenage badgers are rather rebellious (even if they are good kids at heart) and are noisy and messy and ready to party before they have to settle down to a much tidier and more sedate way of life.

The yarn for her body is 2 shades of Scheepjes Stone Washed 78% cotton and 22% acrylic, plus 1 x 10g skein of undyed 75/25 Merino/nylon DK.  The Stone Washed is a thinner yarn than I normally use in my kits but I have chosen this as I want these teenage badgers to be a little bit smaller than normal so their clothes are suitably baggy, and because these kids have no time for hand washing and will be roughing it while they are at Glasto!!!

There are my hand dyed mini skeins for her outfit plus some extra accessories and pure wool stuffing.
