Hi Lucy Just wanted to email you to thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon yesterday. Was lovely to take some time out and relax and learn a new skill.
Would definitely recommend the workshops!
Many thanks again

Hi Lucy
Thanks for a very enjoyable afternoon yesterday- you certainly made us very welcome, and your style of tuition, laid back and supportive, made for a thoroughly relaxing, though productive, Saturday afternoon. It was really heaps of fun and we had a fab time! I shall certainly book into future classes!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks for a fabulous afternoon learning to crotchet, you made us very welcome in your home for a private group lesson, the tea and cake were an added bonus, please pass on our thanks to your daughter for the cake ... It was yummy 😀
You were very patient with us and explained everything clearly, we were a slightly mixed bunch as some of us could do a little, but there was also some that could do nothing but left with the skills to crotchet, it was lovely being able to go home with a crocheting hook and some wool to continue practising at home .
Thank you again and I am, as well as my mother in law Liz looking forward to attending the workshop/ seesion on fairisle knitting xxx

I have been lucky enough to attend two of Lucy`s Craft and Chat sessions. She made me very welcome and it was inspiring to see her creations and hear about future projects. I love the British wools and needles that Lucy has sourced and I am sure I will be purchasing more in the near future. All of this with tea and cake, what more could you ask for! Emma x

Being a 9-5 worker I miss a lot of craft groups as they held during the day and being a knitter without a social network of knitting friends can be lonely. So Lucy's evening Craft and Chat group was right up my street. Lucy is a lovely lady, very friendly and very welcoming. The meet up was held in Lucy's home with plenty of tea, coffee and homemade biscuits to go around. My fellow crafters were equally friendly and I had an immensely enjoyable night that I can't wait to repeat. Lindsey

I popped along to Lucys knit and chat and I knew I'd got the right house when I saw a pom pom 'welcome'wreath on the front door. Lucy made us all so welcome and supplied us with lots of tea, cake and advice with our projects/knitting. It was lovely to meet other like minded people and I can't wait for next time. Jan

Lucy is very warm and friendly I found the craft group to be a great source of knowledge and everyone is more than happy to help should you get stuck or want to know how to do something. There is plenty of tea and coffee and penny's home made cakes are yummy my favourite is her spiced apple blonde. All in all a very pleasent and friendly place to be can't wait for the next one xx. I would also say that I will at some point be attending a lesson. The wool she uses for her lessons is beautiful and well worth the fee. Keep up the good work Lucy. Janet

A warm welcome from such a happy go lucky lady who had an uphill task of teaching me to crochet. Lucy had such patience and encouragement with me who is more used to two needles not just one with a hook at the end.
Lucy is passionate about her crafts and we had the opportunity of seeing some amazing examples of fair isle knitting. Oh yes and the coffee and cake just delicious and in such a relaxed environment. Good luck in your new venture Lucy.  Linda

Craft and chat is great. It's in a lovely environment with friendly people. Great for advice and new ideas. Kayleigh
